Program Management
Depending on the scope of the project, PS&L will assign a part-time or full-time
Program Manager to the job. PM’s have ultimate responsibility for the successful
implementation of the job, and serve as the PS&L single-point-of-contact with the
military procurement and management personnel.

The PM will provide to the customer
a detailed installation schedule, and will update all parties on the progress made
at regular intervals. PM’s will also request the customer to provide the necessary
entrance to site, access to resources, and miscellaneous materials as specified by
the Statement of Work. All changes of work requested by the customer at the
implementation stage will require a signed Change Request Form, which will be
quoted and/or charged separately against the project. Finally, the PM will enforce
the commissioning / acceptance procedure of the project by the customer upon completion.
