Technical Audits and Renovation
The problem is all too common: what to do
with an aging multimedia installed base,
with expired warranties, originally installed
by an entity that may not exist any longer, or
for which technical documentation has been lost
or is insufficient.
Do you do a complete overhaul,
follow a mix-and-match approach, or do you upgrade
incrementally?
Tough question, no doubt, for which PS&L
is prepared and able to offer useful insight.
The answer: call us for a Technical Audit visit. A TA
can uncover existing hardware incompatibilities, latent
problems, software issues, faulty connections, and wrong
settings.
Additionally, we will take inventory of all
manufacturer part and model numbers, and will advise you
on any discontinued model, obsolete part number, and
outdated software revision being used.
Our report will
contain our recommendation on how to proceed in order to
preserve and enhance your investment in audio, video and
lighting technologies. Very seldom will we advocate a
complete overhaul situation; most of the time, a systematic
upgrade plan, coupled with a good maintenance program, will
be the way to go.
If a necessary functionality addition is
required, we will design and recommend appropriately.
