First, having a well-established AFNAF contract in place helps. It makes much easier for Military
purchasing personnel to contract for our services. No need for competitive bidding, endless price
negotiations, and protracted discussions. For your non-appropriated needs, all that is required is
to issue a delivery order against our contract, and case closed. Our AFNAF PriceList is available
online and public for every NAFI, and makes the purchasing process extremely transparent and accountable.
Secondly, PS&L understands intimately the needs of the MWR community, and can operate
within any budget, big or small. Any A/V company can sell “black boxes”, but not all suppliers
are cognizant of the culture, unique personality, and the process of a military sale. Simply
stated, PS&L talks “the military language”, and we have perfected our understanding with every
project that we have implemented in the last 15 years.
Third, PS&L also understands the “entertainment services” side of running an MWR operation.
We won’t disappear after we sell you that amplifier, mixer, or karaoke machine, because most likely
we will be called to operate it day-in and day-out for the venue. By way of our NiteLife Entertainment
