Performance Sound & Light, Inc. is foremost a solution provider, not simply a
reseller of tech gear. Rarely are problems solved by the purchase of equipment
only. In most case, there are intangibles that need to be taken care of and
discovered at length before an attempt for a “sale” is to be made. That is
why strive to provide a "consultative sale" framework for the customer, which
consists of up to 5 sequential steps: discovery, proposal, agreement,
implementation, and commissioning.
- Discovery - We will strive to listen to your predicament. We will ask lots of questions and take copious notes. We will plan to conduct a field survey if needed, and we will document our findings by pictures and/or videotape.
- Proposal - We will present to you our recommended solution, the price involved, Terms and Conditions, and a Statement of Work.
- Agreement - We will insist on arriving at a complete "meeting of the minds" with the customer, and agree in writing on schedules, mutual responsibilities, change procedures, acceptance protocols, and other T's and C's.
- Implementation - We will execute a clean, organized, and timely installation and turn-up effort.
- Commissioning - We will strive to have a completely satisfied, smiling customer at the end of the day.

PS&L and NiteLife exhibit at the MWR 2006 Expo show
The PS&L companies were present at the bi-annual MWR Expo show organized by ALA (American Logistics Association". This year the show was held in Louisville, Kentucky, August 16-17. A great time to talk to our customers and renew friendships.
